The Los Angeles District Attorney just went to court on Lindsay Lohan’s case today and - as rumored - she was not charged with any felonies.
Instead, she was charged with seven misdemeanors on her two DUI arrests earlier this summer.
If convicted on the felonies, La Lohan could have spent YEARS in jail. On these new charges? Days!
A plea bargain is expected later today!
